Registration Confirmation
Participants will receive a confirmation email with registration details within 5 business days upon your registration, please contact us at 2117 1650 or weezwalk2025@sportsoho.com if you have not received this email after registration and payment.
Event Categories
Participants can choose to finish the whole route or part of the route as a team or individually during the event period. All participants of Weez Walk 2026 can use the official event tracking App to track their finishing time, distance and route. More details will be announced later.
- Weez Walk 2026 ‘In-One-Go Challenge’:
- Timed walk/run for the full 62km route.
- Open to 3 categories - Individual Male, Individual Female, or Team.
- Finishers must submit tracking proof of their time, distance, and route. An e-Certificate with completion time, will be issued after the event period.
- The fastest finisher(s) of each category will be the ‘Winner of Best Time’ of that category.
- Weez Walk 2026 ‘Stage Challenge’:
- Timed walk/run for a stage.
- Finishers must submit tracking proof of their time, distance, and route. An e-Certificate with completion time, will be issued after the event period.
- Leisure Walk:
- Participants can walk/run along the event route during the event period. There is no limitation on starting/finishing points, and there is no pressure to commit to completing a full stage.
- Participants should submit tracking proof of their participation. An e-Certificate of Participation will be issued.
(All e-certificates will be available from mid April 2026. Please pay attention to your emails to find out more information about certificates.)

Registration
- Participants registering as a team must provide a unique email address for each team member. Please note that failure to do so may result in delays to your registration.
- Participants registering as a Corporate Team are encouraged to use a corporate email address so that we can identify your team.
- School Teams must include at least ONE full-time student, verified by a school email address.
Payment / Donation
- Registration fees, once paid and confirmed, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The registration fee is not a donation and is not eligible for a tax-deductible tax receipt.
- To make a donation that is not associated with any participating individual or teams, please visit the event donation page on Give.Asia. Note that donations made on the external campaign fundraising page do not count towards the event Leaderboard.
Acknowledgement
Corporate teams can be acknowledged as “Mental Health Champion” on the event website. Interested parties, please contact us at ann.chan@mind.org.hk for more details.
Gift Packs
Participants can pick up their gift packs during the designated period (exact dates to be announced later). The gift pack will include a Weez Walk T-shirt, gift vouchers and Mind HK information.
Your Weez Walk T-shirt size must be specified when you register for the event. The sizing chart is below and please note that the T8 t-shirts are unisex and come up relatively small. Stock for each size is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that we cannot accommodate requests to change sizes after registration.
Awards
Weez Walk 2026 offers three award categories.
Top Fundraiser Award
This award is given to the participant/team who has raised the most funds on the Leaderboard at the cut-off time (23:59 on 15 March 2026). One winner will be identified in each category:
- Individual
- Family / Non-corporate Team
- Corporate Team
- School Team
Mountain Mover Award
This award is given to the organisation (including companies and schools) with the highest number of registered participants. If the number of registered participants is the same, the organisation that has collectively raised the highest donation amount will be named the winner. The Champion, 1st Runner-Up, and 2nd Runner-Up winners will be identified for this award.
Winner of Best Time
This award is given to the participant/team who completed the full route in one go with the shortest finishing time according to tracking proof. One winner will be identified in each category:
- Individual (Male)
- Individual (Female)
- Family / Non-corporate Team
- Corporate Team
- School Team
Winners will be announced and recognised on the event website and social media pages.
