When is the Weez Walk 2026?
The event period of Weez Walk 2026 will start on 17 Jan 2026 (Sat) - 1 Mar 2026 (Sun).
How do I register for the event?
Participants must fill in and submit the registration form online at the event website and complete the payment process within the registration period. Each participant must provide a unique email address during registration, and each email address can only be used once to register for one category (more information can be found in the Event Guidelines). Please note, failure to do so may result in a significant delay to your registration process. A confirmation email will be sent within 5 business days of registration. If you do not receive it, please email weezwalk2025@sportsoho.com for enquiries.
When can I register for the event?
You can register now until 15 February 2026 (Sun). Early Bird Registration is available before 12 December 2025 (Fri).
Are all participants entitled to compete for the awards for all races / categories?
Each category will have a winner for the Best Time Award and Top Fundraiser Award. The Mountain Mover Award is also available for Corporate and School Team participants. For more information, please see the Awards section on the Event Information page.
Winners of Weez Walk 2026 will be announced and recognised on the event website in early April 2026.
Registration Procedures
What are the requirements for the different categories for Weez Walk 2026?
We welcome members of all ages and abilities to join the event! For participants who are under 18 years old, parental / guardian consent is required, along with their contact information on the registration form.
I have registered, now what?
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address that you provided on the registration form. If you have not received the email in your Inbox, please check your spam mails. Follow the instructions in the email to log in to your participation account and set up your personal fundraising page.
Can I edit my personal information / registered category?
Once you have registered, personal information and category cannot be changed.
I am registered for a group category; why do I have a personal account?
Each team member will have their own personal accounts to log in. Team fundraising page also allows team leader to create and edit the page information, team members are allowed to view & share the team fundraising page.
Can I register more than once?
All participants must provide a unique email address when they register. Each email address can only be used for registration ONCE, and for one category only. Please note, failure to do so may result in a significant delay to your registration process.
What should I do if I cannot login to my personal page after registration?

Registration Fees
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee covers the following items:
a) An event T-shirt
The Weez Walk T-shirt size must be specified when you register for the event. Sizes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the t-shirts are unisex and come up relatively small. Also, we are unable to accommodate size change requests after registration.
b) An event gift pack
The gift pack will include your Weez Walk T-shirt, gift vouchers and Mind HK information.
c) Certificates
Weez Walk 2026 will provide three types of e-certificates: the e-Certificate of Participation, the e-Certificate of Completion for ‘In-One-Go Challenge’, and the e-Certificate for ‘Stage Challenge’. For more information, please see the Certificates section on the Event Information page.
Can individual team member(s) pay their entry fees separately?
No, only the Team Leader can complete the registration and payment procedure for the entire team but they must ensure that they add a unique email address for every participant otherwise the registration will be invalid.
Can the Team Leader / member(s) withdraw from the event after registration has been confirmed?
Participant eligibility is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to others. Once registration is complete, your account, registration fee, and any other donations are non-refundable.
What are the available payment solutions?
We accept Paypal and/or credit cards (Visa / Mastercard) payments.
Can I get a tax-deductible donation receipt for the registration fee?
The registration fee is not a donation and is not eligible for a tax-deductible receipt.
Donations
Can I get a tax-deductible receipt for my donation?
Donations of HK$100 or above are eligible for a tax-deductible receipt. The tax-deductible receipt will be issued with the provided information. Donation receipts will be sent out electronically after the end of the event period.
How do I support my friend who is participating in Weez Walk?
Each participant has their own personal fundraising page, which can be set up once they have logged in to their event personal accounts. Please ask your friend for the link to their personal fundraising page to support their Weez Walk journey. You may also visit the Leaderboard and see who is in the lead for our Top Fundraiser award! Alternatively, to make a donation that is not associated with any participating individual or teams, please visit the event donation page on Give.Asia. Donations made on the Give.Asia page do not count towards the event Leaderboard.
How will my donation be used?
Mind HK provides innovative, cost-effective and evidence-based solutions to address the youth mental health situation, through early intervention, prevention and promotion. A large part of the donation will go to support Mind HK's Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT) service for youth, offering free and low-intensity psychological support to individuals aged 12 to 24 who are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of depression and anxiety. With a donation of 375 HKD, a free iACT session can be offered to an individual in need.
Gift Pack Collection
When can I collect my gift pack?
More information will be provided in December 2025. Please stay tuned on our Latest News and on the email address you provided when you registered.
Can I receive the gift pack by post?
We are sorry to say that we cannot post gift packs to avoid risk of loss during delivery.
Is it possible to change the size of T-shirt?
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate sizing changes after registration due to limited stock. Your Weez Walk T-shirt size must be specified when you register for the event. Stock for each size is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The sizing chart can be seen below.

What is the difference between the Certificate of Participation and the Certificate of Completion?
All participants will receive an e-Certificate of Participation regardless of how long it takes them to complete the walk or run.
Those entrants who have finished the ‘In-One-Go Challenge’ (62km route) or one of the six stages for ‘Stage Challenge’, with tracking proof, will be eligible for an e-Certificate of Completion with finishing time.
Can I run / walk the route with my team members in a relay?
We encourage everyone to enjoy the walk with your families and friends in any way within the event period. Therefore, you and your teammates are more than welcome to complete the walk in relay if you join the leisure walk. However, if you want to get a Certificate of Completion as a team, at least one member in your team must complete the full route.
Results and Winner Announcements
When and where can I check my result?
Winners of the Best Time awards will be announced in late March 2026. Winners will also be notified by email.
What should I do if I have questions about the results?
If participants have any questions regarding their personal results, they are welcome to submit enquiries in writing via email to weezwalk2025@sportsoho.com.
Personal Information Collection Statement
By completing the registration, participants agree that the Weez Walk Organisers and third-party service providers engaged by the Weez Walk Organisers may use their name(s), address(es), photograph(s), audio and/or visual recording(s), biodata and likeness(es) in all preparations and promotions in connection with Weez Walk for any lawful purpose in perpetuity as the Weez Walk Organisers may in their sole and absolute discretion decide, and agree to waive any right of inspection or approval associated therewith.
